Kolbe Certification Programme in Europe

The next Kolbe Certification Programme in Europe will be held in the coming Autumn, probably in London, UK (venue to be announced). If you wish to register an interest in joining this Certification event, please contact us with your details and contact numbers using the contact form on the left.

This programme which is supported by MBF International, is open to independent consultants and practitioners (KES status) and in-company executives, managers, and trainers (KIS status) on submission of the relevant application to Kolbe Corp.
On completion of the programme, participants will be able to undertake full interpretations of Kolbe Indexes (Kolbe ATM, Kolbe BTM and Kolbe C TM Indexes) and be familiar with the range of Conative talents and various computations of how a person will naturally make decisions and solve problems. As a Kolbe External Specialist (KES) you are licensed to complete Kolbe interpretations and the undertaking of individual and team coaching to companies and clients. A Kolbe Internal Specialist (KIS) license enables these interpretations and coaching undertakings to be completed within the executive/manager’s company.

The programme will provide full training in the Kolbe System and the web site software that enables the interpretation of team synergy and viability reports. Certified specialists are licensed for a year with further re-certification being confirmed through attendance at Kolbe’s Annual Professional Congress in Phoenix, or an equivalent event in Europe. Re-certification includes the updating of any new developments in the Kolbe System and also ensures that use of the system is being maintained to the ethical and quality standards set down by Kolbe Corp. and Kathy Kolbe.

The Kolbe System has been helping companies across North America improve their individual and team productivity and effectiveness for more than 25 years. Kolbe is now available in Europe and is already generating exceptional interest from Slovenia to Scotland; from Senegal to Lithuania.

The cost of the certification, to include the provision of training facilities and refreshments for the 3 day training, but excluding accommodation and travel is $3,400. Re-certification is normally fulfilled over one day costing between $250 – 400. The certification training will be completed by Will Rapp, President of Kolbe International from Phoenix, and supported by Dr Stephen Booy, Managing Director of MBF International and Europe’s leading Kolbe Specialist.

Practitioners and in-company managers can utilize the Kolbe Index Completion Service available from MBF International, until such time as your own full Kolbe WarewithaTM software license is deemed cost-effective. MBF International will also be available to support newly certified specialists with their understanding of interpretations and in the running of their first few KolbeTeamSuccessTM Seminars.
